Tell people about the amazing people on your team.
We are a Virginia based, 501c3 nonprofit organization. Founded in 2023. Our organization is full of Hampton Road natives, from our volunteers, board members, participants, sponsors, and donors. Our goal is to give back and make a noticeable difference in the lives of families from underserved communities. We strive to be better than we were the day before and we take pride in our outreach which holds us accountable and keeps us focused on the mission. We make sound decisions and act with purpose in every outreach opportunity we host or participate in. We are the change that we want to see.
Our mission is to break the barriers that exist in education, social development, and economics. We are focused on serving underserved families through outreach by restructuring areas that have continued to contribute to the lack of growth and development in our communities. Coming together as small business owners, educators, health practitioners, therapists, consultants, and mentors we can make a difference. Along with resources to prevent hunger and homelessness, promoting education, social development, and increasing economic awareness.

Ms. Sabrina Davis is the Founder and Executive Director of RESET INC, a community driven, non-profit organization dedicated to assisting Hampton Roads underserved communities through food programs, veterans and senior assistance, resource labs, scholarships, tutoring, mentorship, social development, economic improvement, and self-sufficiency. Raised in Hampton Roads as a military dependent, Sabrina attended elementary, middle, and high school in the area and participated in community programs throughout the city of Norfolk.
Sabrina was brought up in a Christian household where religion and education were particularly important and taught to be powerful; after graduating from high school, Sabrina obtained her CNA certificate from Bon Secours Nursing school, an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University in Chesapeake, VA. She furthered her education by completing Bachelor's degree from Champlain College of Burlington, Vermont and completed her Master of Business in Executive Leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. In addition to operating RESET INC, she is a finance professional for a Federal agency, she is the CEO and Owner of S&E Tax Pros and Agape Care. Sabrina also was a participant in multiple community service projects, a member of professional organizations throughout Virginia and North Carolina and an active member at Mount Gilead Missionary Baptist church in Norfolk, Virginia. During her collegiate career she accessed invaluable experiences and knowledge, and she wants to see more of Hampton Roads youth exposed to the same opportunity. There is a great population of crime, social and economic issues in many Hampton Roads neighborhoods; many minority youth are incarcerated or victims of the city’s senseless violence. With her own personal encounter with life’s unfortunate circumstances and understanding the importance of education it is her desire to take part and strive for a change. As a scholarship recipient herself she wants to give the same chance that was provided to her during her high school and collegiate years. Also, as a survivor of many of life’s setbacks, she has proven repeatedly that we all need a RESET to start over and come back stronger. After years of contemplation and having the goal of launching a non-profit organization benefiting her community, RESET INC was founded in 2023. In August of 2023, the organization became a fully formed 501(C)(3) with great support from her community, family, and friends.
In addition to our veteran services, we offer job placement resources for veterans.
