Our Nonprofit is dedicated to break the barriers that exist in education, social development, and economics. Our mission is to serve low-income families through outreach by restructuring areas that have continued to contribute to the lack of growth and development in our communities. Coming together as small business owners, educators, health practitioner's, therapists, consultants, and mentors we can make a difference. Along with resources to prevent hunger and homelessness, Promoting education, social development, and increasing economic awareness.

We serve youth ages 5-17 years old (tutoring, mentorship, violence prevention, hunger relief).
We serve Veterans and their surviving spouses (free respite care services, hunger relief, monthly social events).
We serve underserved families (computer labs, hunger relief, job skill programs, education resources, and more).

Volunteers are the backbone of our organization. We offer a variety of opportunities for individuals and groups to get involved and make a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Sabrina Ann Davis is the Founder and Executive Director of RESET INC, a community-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering underserved communities throughout Hampton Roads. RESET INC provides vital services including food assistance programs, a 24/7 walk-up pantry, mobile pantry delivery, veteran and senior support, scholarships, tutoring, mentorship, resource labs, and economic development opportunities. Under Sabrina’s leadership, RESET INC continues to expand its reach and impact, driven by her mission to promote stability, opportunity, and self-sufficiency for all.
Raised in Hampton Roads as a military dependent, Sabrina attended school in Norfolk, VA, where early exposure to local community programs ignited her passion for service. Growing up in a Christian household, she learned the importance of faith, compassion, and education—values that continue to guide her personal and professional purpose.
Sabrina’s academic achievements reflect her commitment to lifelong learning and leadership. She earned a CNA certification from Bon Secours Nursing School, an Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Strayer University, a Bachelor’s degree from Champlain College in Burlington, Vermont, and a Master of Business in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. Her own journey as a scholarship recipient fuels her dedication to providing similar opportunities to youth across Hampton Roads.

Her extensive involvement in community initiatives, participation in professional organizations across Virginia and North Carolina, and active membership at Mount Gilead Missionary Baptist Church further underscore her commitment to service and empowerment.
After witnessing firsthand the challenges facing many Hampton Roads neighborhoods—including rising crime, food insecurity, and limited economic opportunity—Sabrina felt called to create meaningful change. In 2023, she officially launched RESET INC, and by July of that year the organization became a fully formed 501(c)(3) with widespread community support. Since then, RESET INC has rapidly expanded, establishing itself as a trusted and transformative resource to thousands across the region.
